The worst case is he's cut and not offered a 2-way or any sort of contract.

The positive is he's being paid nicely now during this "try-out" which typically leads to a solid shot at a 2-way contract for the regular season.

Aaron didn't last long with the Pistons. According to Google A.I., the Pistons waived him on Oct. 17. He is expected to play for the Pistons' G League team, the Motor City Cruise.
