Did you expect anything else. We thought this trip would set us up for a late run. The Elon win was well done. We ran into a buzz saw at Campbell. They are the best team in the CAA right now.

We need to Wright the ship and take the next two at home.

I believe 11-7 is still realistic for this team.
The schedule is mostly favorable to do that with these eight games left:
Home: Northeastern, Stony Brook, Monmouth, NC A&T (should be 4-0, 3-1 at worst)
Away: W&M, Hampton, Delaware, Stony Brook (good chance to go at least 3-1 here)

BUT, although they have played well for good halves and good games here and there, they haven't been able to sustain the kind of consistency needed to finish 7-1 against even that schedule. Possible, because they are the better team in most of those matchups, but it's going to be tough. They still seem to be figuring out some of the roles down the line and 10 games into CAA play, it's a little late for that. That's something that should've already been established by now if they're going to make a late run and get a seed that's high enough to work with in the CAA tourney.

Really had no idea what his mood would be after such a lopsided loss but he kept composed and said we need to correct things or something to that affect. He definitely wasn't looking to rub salt in the wound and that was the right approach but in the locker room that could be something else.

Hofstra website has "Hofstra Tripped Up At Campbell." Was more like a face-plant to me. Geez.
