Incredible road win against a team that has given us fits over the years. They now have a decent short at going 6-0 in the CAA with Elon and Drexel left. An at-large is not out of the question but they probably need to beat Stony Brook on April 21, which will be a tall order.

I tried it recently and was very impressed with atmosphere and how place was run. A great addition to Hofstra neighborhood and is also nice to see them sponsoring Hofstra athletics.

I admire your passion Polito, but I think problems with Hofstra lax in recent years go well beyond Tierney and have more to do with the changing lacrosse landscape with more schools investing in sport than in the successful days of the Danowski era. Agreed Stu. Also some solid recruits coming in. I am much more confident with the future of our women's lacrosse program then the men.

We can't project how dominant Kentucky will be in two years so still is a no brainer in my book to schedule it. Look at two years ago when coming off a national title Kentucky didn't even make NCAAs and lost to Robert Morris in NIT.

Yes I did and would love to see it! We may get blown out, but the chance to play a big-time program before a large crowd on national television would be worth it. If we can hang with them for even a little it would also be a confidence boost so no downside at all.
