Game has started an no thread? What kind of fans are we?

Unusual Sunday TV game has our men and women playing on the same day since when? Maybe Evan knows.

Not wild about JMU's court design. I'm sure somebody thought it was a winner.

They played on the same day about 2 weeks ago, when the men's game against William and Mary was pushed to Sunday due to snow. The women played Towson at the Mack right after the men played W&M.

All 3 bench players getting early playing time. JWF with free throws to put us up 1, 29-28, and then Bernardi hits a 3 to put us up 4. He's perfect from the field so far and has 8 points.

I'm watching - the video feed SUCKS - it amazing to me, 2016 and these TV stations can't handle their biz - constantly cutting in and out - I mean c'mon SNY

Some interesting lineups being used - amazing, NOW they start experimenting with rotations, bench use, and PT :? but I won't complain, just glad to finally see this staff do whats needed

So far hitting 3's very well - course I'd rather they adjust that in the second because we know that is unlikely to continue

Zone D worked pretty well, and JMU helping by missing a lot

Koon looks fantastic again - unbelievablely streaky - but when he's on it he's an impact - RG must have a 100 boards already lol - JG looking real strong, and hey BB made a couple of 3's 8-)

Strong end to the 1st half - FINALLY the guys seem to have realized when you are up big you should slow it down - I mean some of the 101 stuff really amazes me - that's one of the many things they didn't do against UNCW, so hopefully lesson learned

Feel like I'm saying that a lot for an experienced team pick to win it all with the pre-POY pick - Can you tell I'm still sour from that BS loss the other day?

At any rate, this is still a HUGE game, glad to see these guys come out hungry and fighting, that's a very good sign, and the sign of a well traveled team - now we see if they can develop killer instinct and FINISH

And like clockwork, as expected, here comes the run - its like HU just opens the door and rolls out the welcome mat - it happens every single game, its amazing

This is big test here, need to weather the storm

Up 12 at halftime, now we're down 4, being out-scored 20-4 in the half. Ron Curry has 20. JMU in the midst of an 11-0 run, and have made 6 of their last 6 shots.
Is this a joke?

With a free throw, Juan'ya Green officially becomes only the 4th player in NCAA history to score 1000 points at 2 different schools. He got some attention from the NCAA before this game.

Nice graphic from a different NCAA account, shows JG in both school uniforms.

Fing ridiculous

And JG is the biggest culprit of not being ale to finish a game - really need the star of this team to actually bury an opponent when he has multiple opportunities - love the guy he's playing hard but man you've GOT to FINISH

Is anyone at all surprised it was Ron Curry with the game tying 3? We've had no answer for him all game. 27 points, 7 3s.

No matter the result today, JAM and the team better do some serious thinking before the W&M game on Thursday. The past 2 second half performances are completely inexcusable.

This is disgusting - a total repeat of last game, chucking up 3's when they should be driving and dishing and finding RG

Can JM please make these guys run the right O that does that?

And of course now Ron Curry has a new career high points, because it wouldn't be a Hofstra game without letting the other team's leading scorer go off and score a career high. I lost track of the amount of times it's happened this season.
This team is absolutely disgraceful.

Sometimes I swear there's a giant Hofstra voo-doo doll somewhere. I have a feeling this would've been a different game with Nichols, and both him and the Djambo thing were situations completely out of anyone's control.

Outrebounded them, made our free throws...The difference in this game was shooting and defense. Wags is right, we aren't some kind of exceptional shooting team, we're pretty average. It hurts but it's true. It's kind of redeeming at this point because we're definitely not going to win the conference, we can forget about an NIT bid I think as well, in case our NCAA hopes went south. Use these remaining games to use your bench and improve, Joe, because as you say: It's all going to come down to three days in March.
