Horrible and hate that Hofstra in any way is associated with this even if if had zero to do with our students or faculty. Hosting high school graduations has always been a nice tradition and great way to earn revenue for school and hopefully this won't deter that going forward and I don't think it will thankfully.

sorry, but the reaction Of the authorities to the parents Who could not see their kids graduate Is total BS
Let’s get something straight
The police and security blame the fire, Marshall
The fire, Marshall Blames the building code
First of all, it was on Saturday night at 7 PM
The fire marshal is not working
The building code department of Hempstead and Nassau County is closed
Who made this decision?
They said it was at capacity
I thought the Mack Center Capacity was 5124
At 7 PM picture showed empty seats
So my question now is when we had the presidential debate whether they’re empty seats also I doubt that highly
Sorry, but these parents have a legitimate right to see their kids graduate, and what is probably the biggest day of their lives and it was taken away from them

capacity was 5124
