Any tips, tricks, and recommendations from current and past season Hofstra MBB Season Ticket Holders? I saw you get invited to events - how many per year? Do season ticket holders get invited to events on the road like pre-games at Stony Brook?

P.S., just found this board and I am amazed - proud to be a part of this crew, thanks for having me!

Welcome aboard, 23! Hofstra coordinates pregame "meet-ups" for local alumni and fans when the MBB team plays on the road. Basically, Hofstra finds a spot near the arena and people pay for what they want. For further information, check in with Carla Pennolino, director of fan engagement and ticketing, carla.m.pennolino@hofstra.edu.

Just a heads up to current STH, I heard from a friend that Carla isn’t the contact at Hofstra anymore and they’re looking for a new Director of Ticket Sales. Bummed to hear.

Yup she had sent out e-mails to all season ticket holders. I really liked her she went out of her way for me on more then one occasion. Mike Neely before her as well.

Is there a season ticket holder event on August 20th? Meet and Greet with Speedy and Danielle. I didn’t get an email about it, but my buddy told me

Season ticket holder event is usually close to the opening of the season in October. This event is too generate interest in the programs and get people to become season ticket holders I believe. A marketing event for sure. https://twitter.com/HofstraPride/status ... 03/photo/1

Anyone can come to this event I'm sure especially season ticket holders! There's an RSVP attached to it so they have a head count as to who's planning on coming.

Never received anything...strange.

I only saw it on X I didn't receive anything.

So just spoke to Hannah Geller from the ticket office and asked about the meet and greet on 8/20. She believes just the coaches will be there and they will send out an e-mail re this and also about the new hire replacing Carla Pennolino. This should be on gohofstra I told them. We'll see.

You’re awesome, thanks for checking in with her! Agree, for a strong turnout at events, there really needs to be better marketing, especially to the season ticket holder base, who can bring their friends and family who may be interested in season tickets.

Danaiya has a plethora of ticketing and sales experience in college athletics, Minor League Baseball (Long Island Ducks) and Major League Baseball (New York Yankees)! Danaiya will be the main point of contact moving forward in the Hofstra Ticket Office for all of your ticketing needs. I would like to personally thank Hannah Geller for going above and beyond her own role and holding down the ticket office while we completed the search for Carla Pennolino’s replacement. We could not have gotten through the summer without Hannah’s hard work!
