Anybody go to practice? Today was the first day.

I think it was a closed practice. Will call up tomorrow

loved hearing JM praise how Tanksley, Gonzalez, and Gustys looked - excited to see them in action

and wow does that practice facility look fantastic - HU really did a tremendous job, kudos to all who put that together - looks first class all the way to me

Here's how I see program progress and it's impact to recruiting TOP players (i.e. 3 stars on a regular basis, and even 1-2 4 star guys each yr):

1) Make it back to the tourney, and HU is a serious option
2) Pull an upset and win a game or even 2, HU is a top option
3) Go Cinderella and make it deep in the tourney, HU is an EXCITING option


I believe HU's location is a MAJOR advantage in the case where they become a consistent winning NCAA program - NYC region alone will produce a huge uptick in recruiting success - one of the main reasons I believe HU is still that sleeping giant Wright called it

Guys Clarise Smith just e-mailed me the practice schedule. I will post a link to it later tonight. It is subject to change and you should call the day of the practice to get details. If it is at the practice facility you must get there by 4:30 so some can let you in. It is by keypad code only. Also some practices will be closed. Most practices go from 4:30 to 7 PM.

News 12 LI has a segment on practice tonight. We don't get the channel on campus, so I can't watch it see the footage

Missred all the practices so far due to work. Have to be at my business from 4 to 8. Practice is 4 to 7 .
