Not winning enough games that matter OOC and winning two more games in the CAA. If Hofstra does that, they are at least on the NCAAT bubble or very likely in the NIT.
Winning the 5th-worst conference in America, but losing to a 4 seed on its home floor, Wagner was forced to settle for a default NIT bid with no prayer of an NCAAT berth no matter what they did OOC.

Wagner is in since they were number one seed and didn't win conference tourney, just like us in 2016. That is it and no more reason to discuss further.
