Would have preferred to go to this event and watch us beat ELON in soccer! Oh well!

Just wondering - when’s the last time anyone heard from the ticket office with a season ticket holder email? I honestly think this ticket office in a season where this team has been awful could do a lot more! This is when you try to retain people. But it’s been radio silence since they last sent an email letting us know we wouldn’t be able to sit in our normal seats at Class at the Court.

To me it feels so low effort and besides calling me to order extra tickets to the Iona game, they’ve made such low effort, it’s embarrassing.

I love this team, but man, it’s no wonder no one shows up to games, theyticket office is weak.

I don’t, but I also mean the ticket office like when’s the last time you heard from Danaiya Byrams? No offer of additional tickets or a season ticket holder pre game meet up or highlighting giveaways at upcoming games. Heck, low hanging fruit it having a table for season ticket holders with giveaway items, guaranteeing you get it even if you’re not the first 500 fans.

I don’t need giveaways, I’m just saying that they don’t make you feel different being a season ticket holder.

Maybe it’s a comparison to other schools I’ve had season tickets for before I lived on Long Island, just been amazed by the low effort.

I liked when Carla was here I communicated with her all the time although I contacted Danaiya recently and she gave me a discounted ticket to a game I needed another ticket for. I believe its going to be an adjustment period for her since she'll be judged by us season ticket holders used to dealing with her predecessors.

As a non season ticket holder who's bought plenty of single game tickets over the years, I got an automated text message from the school this past Monday to attend homecoming, the "biggest game of the season." It never even mentioned who the opponent was and is the only time the school solicited me to buy tickets this year

Yes, even the ticket office has declined. What the hell happened to this program?

They're saying that this game is nearly sold out but we have heard this before. It will be nice to have a big crowd and for us to play well especially against SB.

It was sad to see a small crowd at the Northeastern game and very few students.

I blame the ticket office. They make one effort all season with Iona and then nothing. They have nice giveaways, but don’t email about them, don’t do marketing, heck even when you search Hofstra Tickets on Google, they don’t even have the right results displayed.

It’s a pretty sad display and not something you can blame on the team losing, just the wrong people in place or minimal effort. It’s unfortunate to have such a great program, but see them not know how to promote it with the very basics. I’ll always keep going, I just have been such disappointed in the radio silence this season.
