The first week in December is going to be very busy. Coming off the possible Thanksgiving weekend MTE at Hofstra with Vermont, the team travels to Northern California for a Tuesday evening game with SMC. The next scheduled game, that we are aware of, is Saturday, December 5th at Louisiana State. That sure seems to be quite a road trip to some very good opponents.

latest clues for next ooc game
"one hall of fame coach links hofstra to this program"

another clue "its not Nova, but you're on the right track"

My initial guess was Butch connection to Princeton, but after second clue, I'm thinking UNLV under Jay, or Bucknell with Jay as a player. Since the official OOC for HU has not been announced (but we all know we are playing Bucknell [per D1 docket]) I'm leaning Bucknell.

Confirmed on instagram - Bucknell (but we already knew that ;) )

My guess would be Princeton or St. Peter's based on geography.

Not sure about the seed #, but didnt Columbia get to the sweet 16 one year - and as we know, we are playing them this season (per D1 docket). In addition, I would imagine that a 15 seed could have been a reasonable seed for them.

If not, I would go with Princeton since we have recent history with them

Good thought as Columbia did reach sweet 16 round in 1968, but there was no seeding then when tourney was much smaller.

Wow - tournament without seeding. I did not know that happened. Thanks HP1

On the D1 Docket, it lists home games against Vermont, Colgate, and Merrimack. This could be the field for the MTE at HU for Friday November 27th, Saturday November 28th, and Sunday November 29th. That will be 4 games in 5 days with the California game at St. Mary's on Tuesday, December 1st.

Loving these OOC games so far, some very strong programs - would like to see another P2 / ranked team in the mix, we have the SEC so let's get a B10 or ACC game (or both) - also want an A10 one.... like when we mix in the various conferences - so a CUSA, ASUN, MVC, Mountain West, etc all good

According to D1 Dockets Colgate is reporting playing Hofstra, Vermont, and Merrimack in Hempstead so it appears that Hofstra is holding some sort of MTE this year.

That is what I guesses. Would be cool if we hosted them as they haven't come here since December 2004.
