Most of you guys are over analyzing this one....we lost because of this....we lost because of that.....

We lost because CU is a much better team. HU is not an ACC level team, in fact we would be hard pressed to go 5-15 (if that) in an ACC conference schedule. That does not mean that we don't have some guys who could play in that conference, because we do. JWF, EP, and Rok (yes Rok!) could all play in that conference. Problem is though, that we don't have the DEPTH of talent to play successfully against these guys. Sure we could catch lightning in a bottle and win a few times, but their size, speed, and depth will kill us almost every time.

We looked nervous on the court instead of relaxed yet hungry. CU certainly didn't look nervous. That's simply because Towson is not Duke, Delaware is not north Carolina, Kennesaw is not Univ of Virginia. Clemson plays these teams all he time and we do not. And we should not. Buts that's why we look nervous and they don't.

We did have too many turnovers, too many missed FTs, too much sloppiness. But heck, if we did not have these things we would be a top 40 team every year.

I agree with Polito - don't be upset with this one, CU beats us 8 out of 10 times.

Unfortunately, Auburn is as good as Clemson. Taking two of three in this tournament against the teams we are playing would be a major victory. Losing to CU and Auburn is not the end of the world. Other than Villanova, our next 10 games should feel like a cake walk!!

100% agree

Would have loved to see is play competitively, the the CAA is not the ACC - the talent level is not close. Hopefully this tourney toughens them up for conference play. That’s what’s important.
