Looks like an updated HU athletics website now up and running.

Full MBB roster with pics, numbers, etc now posted.

Also now official - Iona game added to OOC schedule

Cards, not thrilled with new site mavigation, went to basketball page and could only see schedule (partial) could not find roster....

HUSID - I just noted that it was updated.... no mention of whether or not I thought it was an improvement

Go to upper right corner and click on "Menu" select MBB and then the Schedule, roster, etc options appear.

Law school student ... pretty ambitious to play basketball as well, even as a walk-on.

Just curious if anyone knows whether Warren Williams and Estrada know each other from St Benedicts Preparatory in N.J. or if they perchance played basketball together??
Possibly a link to Williams transferring here?

looks like estrada graduated one year later than williams and only played there for his senior year.

His this is my story interview. I hope he isn't red-shirting and don't believe this is the case but we don't know for sure.

Really like these 'my hofstra story' clips - fun to get an early intro to the players.

Def hope he's ok, he's a big body to have out there - but they have other size, no need to rush or force if for any reason he isn't a full go to start.

Hopefully we get to see Manyang getting some substantial minutes this year?

I'm actually kinda hoping that Williams is such a beast that the opps are limited for him! But def very excited for Manyang, high ceiling there...

Nice to have two bigs who can play...excited to see this roster shake out, see who plays...it appears that we are pretty loaded...still a bit concerned about PG, but have confidence Speedy knows what he's doing there.

I think Williams will start and log the majority of minutes at center. Manyang has only been playing basketball for a few years and may need more time to develop.

No doubt that WIlliams will start and Manyang will be the understudy. He will need at least a year to transition to D1 hoops. And he will need to add some weight. In the end, I think we all expect big things from him over his HU career.

School just posted more than 50 photos from team practice. I may be wrong but after a quick review, I did not see one picture of Manyang in action...
