Your Hofstra family is with you, Stu! We know you'll draw strength from that. Keep up the fight! We're always praying for the best for you!stuball888 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2025 10:07 am Update on my treatments
So this past week was the toughest for me so far
The drugs are taking affect me
Low energy and tiredness
I do go into work, but I usually leave halfway through my shift
Next week will be the toughest on Tuesday. I have my final shot and cycle one and infusion then on Thursday I have to go into the city to Sloan and have a biopsy done.
After that, the infusion and shots are only once every three weeks
The good news for me is my appetite is very low right now
When I started the treatment, I weighed 198 now my way to down to 184

OK, my hell week is over
Just got back from the city where my biopsy was done. My next procedure will not be until March 11.
My body is beat up from my spirit is high now comes the healing process
I'm hoping once the weather warms a little bit, I'll be able to get out and watch some spring sports. I want to thank everybody for their support and best wishes. Hope to see you all soon.
