Hofstra just spanked Blakeman's high priced legal team again as all the subpoenas served by Nassau County on Hofstra were quashed. Blakeman and crew seem to have a problem following lawful procedure.

Hofstra just spanked Blakeman's high priced legal team again as all the subpoenas served by Nassau County on Hofstra were quashed. Blakeman and crew seem to have a problem following lawful procedure.

If only all our legal wins on this issue could translate into other sports on serious note though glad to see us keeping county on their heels and hopefully at end of day can avoid this nightmare project from taking hold. Going to be a long process though and we won’t know for awhile.
