So I thought I should give an update . After several more tests at mount Sinai. The numbers revealed I have a monocronal Lymphoma . So far its only in the enlarged Lymph node in my left thigh. Going for a PET scan to see if it just isolated in that one lymph node. June 9th I go to Sloan Kettering. Then on June 10th back to Mount Sinai for further evaluation.
So far it is precautionary. better now than later

After more tests at Sloan Kettering I was diagnosed with Indolent non Hodgkin Lymphoma
The pet scan will reveal how serious it is
It is scheduled for June 24th and July 9th
I will know more after we get the results of the scan

Update. thank you for all the well wishes
So after the PET scan it was determined I have indolent Lymphoma. It is only in the one enlarged Lymph node. At this time they will only observe . I Have another visit to Sloan in 4 months. after that every 6 months with a pet scan at least once a year for the next five years. That is probably the best news since I will not need radiation or Chemotherapy .They said side affects will be lack of energy and fatigue. All other signs are good as my liver Kidney and heart are in good shape. Blood sugar is at 76 and Cholesterol at 161.
I could stand to lose 20 lbs but that a challenge for another day.
