Incredibly frustrating! Especially when were already off last week and were supposed to play at Cuse next week, which now will most likely not happen. Team will now be incredibly rusty when they return in late March.

Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Looks like the Syracuse game this Saturday, March 20th on the ACC Network has been postponed. Syracuse is now playing Holy Cross. HU has changed a few of the dates and times for their CAA games due to the postponements, so check the revised schedule on the GoHofstra website. Recruiting information, Gerard Kane a transfer from Ohio State is now listed on the Fanlax website. He is a 4 star attackman out of Georgia. Seems like a great addition for 2022.

Hopefully they can somehow find new date for Cuse game and it can air on ACC Network. The Shadow wrote:Looks like the Syracuse game this Saturday, March 20th on the ACC Network has been postponed. solid 15-7 win vs Fairfield. But we paid a price as Concannom went down with an injury.

Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Does anyone know the extent of Concannons injury
Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Good question Stu. Good luck getting an answer. Getting injury reports or related information out of Hofstra is like asking for the nuclear codes. He likely has a lower body injury like in the NHL.
Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Good to see another W... hate to hear about Concannon, prayers up to him!

US Lacrosse Magazine ranks the team at #13, Inside Lacrosse at #15.
Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Surprised about Rudd, thought McIntosh would get the nod. Any word on Concannon's injury? Stupid question, but you never know.

Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
You have a better chance at getting the nuclear launch codes than getting info Concannons injury
Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Stu - that's my line. Get your own material.
Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Maybe McIntosh is still rounding into game shape post-injury. Hopefully he felt fine after last Friday's game. If so, I am sure he will get time tomorrow.
I have liked what I have seen from Rudd in his brief career. Also may see more of Sam Lufti.
Big game tomorrow at 1pm!

Mikey great minds think alike
Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
I guess you're right Stu.
Re: 2021 Men's Lacrosse
Well the first half of UMass certainly sucked. The defense looked dazed and confused again like against Stony Brook and St. John's. Really have dug themselves a hole. On the offensive end I don't know why they continue to go high on UMass goalie.

Down 13-8 after 3 quarters Ryan Tierney held scoreless with 7 shots. It will take a miracle 4 th quarter to get us back in it.
