In addition to the "5-in-5" proposal, the NCAA will require that colleges give athletes up to 10 years to complete their degrees tuition-free. I don't see many athletes rushing to complete their degrees in five years. Maybe we should just drop the word "student" from "studen...

College athletes now have two sources of income: NIL, which has been available for several years, and revenue sharing, which is new. Of course, colleges must have revenue to share. I doubt that we do.
