That makes no sense so if you have a senior who's graduating in June, he can't complete the year in the fall or does this season run from the fall to the spring? It's very confusing.

Joey, I understand your situation and of course I don't expect you to make a 2 1/2 to 3 hour trip especially during the week
Sometime in the summer either July or August, I will probably have a Sunday brunch at my house where everyone can invite themselves and their family over
