If they don’t do it, HU will be NA. Ai about to demolish schools across the country - we live in the day and age of idiocracy - just look at the current administration, education doesn’t mean what it should. If you can position yourself as a destination with restaurants, bars and sports, that is sus...

Women’s basketball looks to be very good. Back to back conference championships and a total of 5 losses last season.

NCAAT expansion will not benefit mid majors one iota. Not one. It will benefit ONLY high majors / power conferences. The point is to make more money - that is it. And mids don't make the same profit for them. Bottom line. Sure it's exciting. But power fans are just as excited and even more engaged ...

What’s that?

Strangely enough, new eligibility rules coming down the pike in the near future would, I believe, allow Silas Sunday and Biggie Patterson one more year of eligibility. There is a possibility the could be back at Hofstra if they decide the want one more year of college play. Any thoughts? Sent from ...

I believe he has one year left only You are correct / one year remaining. I think he’s potentially a huge pickup for us. Coming out of high school he was viewed as a four‑star, top‑100 recruit. He’s been dinged up by injuries, but he still finished as the Horizon League’s #1 center in blocks and ra...

Has anyone seen the tape on Zorgvol? He’s pretty dang athletic for a big guy. How much eligibility does he have left - 1 or 2 years?

Victory to Whisky is a joke - totally undisciplined player - playing for disciplined coach - he'll have 2 fouls in a heartbeat! My son just committed to Wisconsin. This is gonna be interesting. Really wishing Victory stuck around another year - feel like he’d benefit immensely from another season i...

So my take is actually the opposite, as many here know, I've beaten this one to death - but we don't need anymore teams, especially good ones. We have a hard enough time winning this conference as it is - the CAA is not getting multiple bids. Maybe once every 30 years if something like Miami of OH ...

I’d take them in the CAA. It’s partly counter productive, but you want a good conference. I believe they’re in North Carolina so the footprint works. Second topic - we need to drop sports and allocate funding to basketball players and recruits. Anyone have insight into the overall budget for revenue...

If I’m Speedy, I’m doing everything possible to retain Edmead, Victory, Decady… amongst other bench players not mentioned - the young guard Robert’s has massive upside - figure out how to retain that group plus new recruits,we’re onto something. Both of them havebeen quoted extensively as planning on staying...they are both very differnet than Aranguren. Edmead is from Long Island and has strong family ties here. Cruz plans on going to law school....we should give him a full ride right now! If that’s true, that would be absolutely incredib...

Not sure if it’s too soon for this but what odds are we setting at Preston/Cruz coming back? I’d say Preston 70% and Cruz maybe 15%? Maybe I’m off, just throwing numbers out there. (I know Preston said he’s coming back but so did Jean A) Anyway if Preston hypothetically stayed here for 4 years you’...

I think DeCady is going to have a break out season next year and all the excitement surrounding Hofstra and It's March Madness appearance... conference chamipionship..and 20 win plus record will help to draw the attention of talented recruits and make Hofstra their destination.. I don't have number...

Let’s go!! Good luck Hofstra. Let’s get a favorable draw.

Proud of this team. This can only help moving forward. Hopefully we can retain some of these players and add to it.
