Great spotlight, this kid has some story, and clearly bleeds HU all the way. He came back for a reason, appears to be on a mission, time to finish DB.

To read about DB - a undersized basketball recruit that took advantage of the academic resources and opportunities that a college athletic scholarship provided - is really special. To see that development - as player, a student and a man - year in and year out makes me proud (as if he were my own).

Desure Buie is an awesome player but he is not a good at doing interviews. Still nice to see him on the big stage though.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9Jba_1VufQ is the Fox video from Hofstra Pride's YouTube channel. We have only 509 YouTube subscribers, and Florida State has over 77 times that many. The top teams make so much money because of fan ratios from them to mid-majors like that. St. Francis (Brooklyn) has 401 subscribers, which is 78.8 percent of ours. Their Men's Basketball average attendance of 530 is the 12th lowest of 353 teams and is 19.5 percent of ours, so they have way more subscribers per average attendance, and they don't play Football.

Absolutely she had notes but had definitely come prepared and was very smooth.

She was an athlete and hosted New York Red Bulls (MLS) coverage. The Red Bulls won the Supporters Shield in the 18th, 20th, and 23rd seasons of MLS, but haven't won MLS Cup. We're on a similar timeframe having won regular season titles in our 15th, 18th, and likely 19th seasons in the CAA, and our first two times didn't lead to CAA Tournament wins.
