kid can flat out score - lefty, extremely athletic, sky is the limit - looking for monster Sr yr

I'm REALLY watching Buie, Vaughn, and Traci Carter - important HU lands another high-caliber guard, esp PG - Vuaghn not so sure about his plans, just left NYC to go play down south - not sure what that means for his recruitment, but has great size and great bball family pedigree - think HU needs a bigger wing guy like that, 6'4/6'5 SG type

a guy like Buie or Carter will be TREMENDOUS in the backcourt and will make W-F that much better - they will open up lanes and create havoc = lots of scoring opportunities = lots of W's

on the post front, my guess is the staff may go Juco route for 1 to match up with the Clemson xfer...but really not sure - any thoughts from others that have 'heard' things?

believing in this staff, go get 'em fellas!!

Jam is not only recruiting the best athlete available at our level but is recruiting by need also. He has his ducks lined up for next few years.

Here are a couple more articles about JWF. The author describes him as "electric":

Short interview with JWF about committing. Looks like it was down to us and Manhattan.

Love it! Speedy is a HUGE part of this staff and it's future success. Really looking forward to more recruits to come.

Whoa baby, H U G E visit folks  :!: :!:

Watching this young man and Desure Buie closely - VERY important for HU to land a top PG to partner with J W-F, should be an absolute PRIORITY (I'm sure it is), and they both fit the bill - TC is a big time player, potential to be a STAR/1st teamer/starter from day 1 in CAA - would be a tremendous backcourt duo

WHATEVER it takes, pull out all the stops JM!!! Speedy work your magic!!! LAND THIS STUD and set the future NCAA Tourney foundation! 8-)

REEEAAALLLYYY want to see HU land either Buie or Carter - both are major players, game-changers that can provide future leadership foundation at the point

does anyone know when and how Buie's official to HU went??

Buie visited Hofstra this weekend. SHU is out of the picture:

247 Sports "Insiders" all predict Manhattan.

Buie will have less competition at the 1 and have a chance to start right away/

Needs to pack on some weight. At 145 and 6ft he is rail thin. Even Speedy at 5ft 10 and a half was 165 his freshman year.
