The play-by-play announcer can't even say our leading scorere's name correctly... how many times is he going to say "Justin Foreman-Wright"? Don't they have rosters right in front of them, where they can see the correct name?

UDs freshman Daly looks like he'll have 30+ pts tonight - fortunately, nobody else on his team is doing anything.

HU up by 8 at the half. Good balanced scoring for HU. We made 8 three pointers. We are shooting 56 % from the field and 53% from 3.

Gustys was averaging 0.7 assists per game. At halftime he has more assists than Powers, 2 to 1.

Hofstra leads 47-39. Ryan Daly leads all players with 17 points, has the second most rebounds with 5 (Gustys has 6), and has the most assists with 4. Wright-Foreman (11 points) and Pemberton (10 points) are the double-digit scorers other than Daly. Hofstra has made 8 out of 15 three-pointers. The record for a CAA Tournament game is 13.

0 points in the paint the entire first half for both teams. I don't think I've ever seen that happen before.

Just over 5 minutes into the second half, Delaware hasn't missed a shot, being a perfect 6-6 from the field. and we have yet to grab a rebound this half, but UD grabbed all 6 of our misses.

Are we going to lose to the worst team in the nation to end our season? Might be fitting.

This is the most gutless group of kids ever to step foot on a D1 basketball court.

Awful ending to a bad season. Very disappointing. Going to be a long off season.

I am actually in shock...Honestly wasn't expecting a loss...But, they ended it in the most defining way of the season: Close game, fight until the end, and a blown opportunity. Sad. I hope Delaware beats UNCW. Fun season, just frustrating watching games like this every week. Never blown out, but never could find that win. Did not like that play at the end, the shot was very forced and he didn't even have a good look. Nonetheless, I look forward to next year. Buie, JWF, and Eli have some great potential to do some damage.

Rok needs to go to Tom Emanski's school for defense.. Was that the play? Let his man get open, and shoot wide open shots?

Only positive from this game is we never have to see Brian Bernardi in a uniform again.

Shoutout to JWF though.. That man a beast

15-17 is not a good record with about 5 loses (SHU,MC,DU,JMU, and UD) that really should not have happened. This was not a good team. So much more talent is needed to compete in the CAA and the region. Now, the middle of April recruiting signing period becomes essential for the next few seasons.

With the season on the line, Gustys plays phantom d and then Bernardi drives to the basket and forces a shot. The whole season right there in one sequence.

Delaware shot 65% the second half, and out-rebounded us 21-11 in the second half, most of those were our own misses, of course. Pathetic. I was feeling good with an 8 point lead after the first half, but I should've known better.

I don't mind one bit HU paying solid coin for the HC, but I damn sure expect the man receiving it to EARN EVERY LAST DOLLAR of it.

JM has failed this program and needs to be held accountable.

Produce a team that can legitimately WIN this conference and play actual real D1 defense, or get out. I'm done with the BS and the excuses. Done with wasting every great player that rolls through this program. This takes way too much energy time and money to sit around watching these guys refuse to adapt, or correct their shortcomings, beat their heads against wall being too stubborn to change and elevate themselves.

ENOUGH - show RESULTS, or make a change.
