Re: Malik Nichols
Coach Farrelly spoke about the injury on WRHU tonight. He said that Andre Walker will primarily come in when we need the height, and mentioned that he's actually been looking a lot better in practice, and that JWF and Buie will both be getting more minutes. Is there a replay of this interview somew...

Re: Breaking CAA News
Only way this would make sense if it's some sort of rotating schedule. Maybe down south one year then up north in NYC/Philadelphia th next year.

Re: MBB vs. Elon, 1/28
Definitely two must wins coming up on the schedule before a tough 3 game stretch (UNCW @JMU @W&M). If they keep the focus they should have no problem getting the W here. Will be interesting to see if Nichols plays or is on the bench. Even if we see him on the bench and he is walking around ok th...

Re: Rokas Gustys
18 points and 11 rebounds in only 28 minutes. He has been dominating in conference play. The improvement he has shown from even the beginning of this season is amazing. He started slow today (3 pts, 4 reb) at halftime. Looked like it could be a rare off day for him, and he STILL ends up with 18 &am...

Re: Rokas Gustys
The rock has solidified the post.he is only a soph . If he develops and type of 12 ft jump shot he will be unstoppable. He has surprised me as to how athletic he is. Is it me or have his hands magically gotten softer over the last 4 games. he catches everything thrown to him in the post. How about ...

Re: Men's Basketball vs. James Madison On 1/16/2016 at 4:00
No reason AW and JWF should not be getting a few minutes each half...good for short term and long term...JWF would provide energy/scoring ability off bench and AW would clog up lane a bit...grab a few rebounds,,,hit a layup or two...and provide an interior defensive presence... I completely agree a...

Re: Men's Basketball vs. James Madison On 1/16/2016 at 4:00
as for the game, not making shots and having depth are related - when certain guys are off, you need others to step in - starters had NO legs at the end/in OT and the off/short shots showed it - the delusion that these guys don't get gassed, or that the minute distribution / depth building is fine ...

Re: Rokas Gustys
As long as he can stay on the court for 30 -33 minutes a game (by keeping fouls under control) we should expect big numbers on a regular basis. Likely double double almost every game. Great to see him get the recognition for POW. Likely many more to come over the next 2 1/2 years. He might need to ...

Maybe it might make sense to not have this approving post requirement as it took me 9 days to be approved. We need all the fans we can get.HofstraMathew wrote:Hoping to get approved. Posting something on Sunday and Monday but no approval yet. Maybe here will work.

Could be because ESPN has us listed first in the standings on there website; due to our higher overall winning percentage.EvanJ wrote:Hofstra and Northeastern are tied in the CAA standings and haven't played each other. Northeastern has the better RPI, so I don't know what made Lunardi choose Hofstra.
