EDIT: 58-63. 80% from the 3 in the second half. This team truly does live and die by it.

Re: Athletic Facility Upgrades
Love it. Volleyball looks phenomenal. Although, I do remember years back reading that they had planned on replacing those screens in the arena in 2018. Haven't heard word about that in a while. That is one costly but necessary change for sure.

Re: Jeff Hathaway OUT
Scariest thing I've read today on this Halloween! :D All joking aside, this news definitely sucks. Plain and simple. I felt Jeff Hathaway was one of the best hires in recent history. He was very personable and definitely made the average donor and season ticket holder feel welcomed. Not to mention, ...

Re: MBB - Exhibition @ Fairfield, 10/23 7 pm
You sure you wanna be bringing up the CAAT? We have given a chance. They are on their 5th, matter of fact. Repeat after me: No. Excuses. The leash is short in my book, it's time for this staff to PRODUCE. From the START . Exactly. That is my point. This is their 5th chance, and if this WAS the CAAT...

Re: MBB - Exhibition @ Fairfield, 10/23 7 pm
I log on and was taken back (in a not so good way) by the huge amount of replies to this thread. Look, I am as excited for the season as can be, but let's not analyze this game to death. It was an exhibition game to raise money for hurricane relief. It wasn't the CAA tourney. Seems like there was so...

Re: MBB Trip to Canada
Very well put Cards. Love the honest review of the roster. All very accurate. Now, to emphasize what garyg said: We NEED to stay healthy! It seems like we have been plagued since Mihalich's first year of just simply lacking depth. Almost seems like every year we say, "This is the year, we have ...

Re: MBB Trip to Canada
To answer the foul question: For the McGill game, the commentator stated that the teams agreed on 8 fouls per player max. So I don't think that 10 fouls is a typo. Canadian rules seem to allow more fouls and I guess each game the teams negotiate certain rules.

Re: MBB Trip to Canada
I'm not so concerned with KW's 0 assists. The 15 points from him were nice to see, and I'm with Cards on this one. Scary to see, but it's his first ever go around with the team. Gotta cut him SOME slack. If this continues then it will be of much more concern for me. What I am very frightened with th...

Dig it Jordan, and agree, we should definitely work together as a group to coordinate this. Great! How about Section 120? The $69 tix. That's a fair(ish) price with decent seating. Definitely don't wanna be in the 200 section personally. Of course welcome to sit where they need/like! Just figure it...

Section 19 - $132 per ticket Section 118 - $132 per ticket Sections 20/21/23 - $89 per ticket Sections 120/121 - $69 per ticket Sections 223/224/225 - $29 - $49 per ticket Those are "Hofstra" sections. I haven't bought my tickets yet, but to rehash the theme of last year, would we possibl...

So, does Mihalich run open practices? I remember Pecora would, but I don't think I've been to a Mihalich one yet.Jojogunne wrote:According to this interview, the team is practicing Monday and Tuesday over the summer. It looks like they're in the arena. Anyone know what time?

Re: MBB 2017-18 non conference schedule released
Yes certainly not the best we've had. Wish they could've pulled in a game similar to the Saint Bonaventure game. Also loved the live release video, that was always fun. The bright side is that the home opener is a Friday night, Veterans Day weekend against Army! I feel like that scenario can/should ...

Re: CAA Social Showdown- Hofstra on July 14
I've been loving this! I thought Michaela Transue did a really fun job with the Snapchat account. So far she seems to be one of the only one's that I've seen from the schools to put a fun personal twist on it (maybe other schools did but I started following on Hofstra's day). It was also a cool way ...

Hate to see him go. Had such great potential his freshman year and was always a solid player off the bench in his later years. As mentioned above, LIU Brooklyn makes perfect sense for him and he'll definitely contribute well there. Good for him.
