Re: MBB Recruits 2019

I think it's VERY interesting that Trueheart is coming back for his senior year. While he was majorly up and mostly down last season, I could see him and coach aligning better coming into this season. It'd be really great if he could give us real, valuable back-up 4 minutes this season...

Re: What's Next for JWF?

Incredibly happy for JWF-- the guy deserves it. Head on over to the Jazz Reddit page-- lots of interesting discussion around him and Brantley: https://www.reddit.com/r/UtahJazz/ https://www.reddit.com/r/UtahJazz/comments/c3dtv6/some_info_on_justin_wright_foreman/ I'm excited to watch him in summer l...

Re: What's Next for JWF?

One of the recent episodes of The Ringer NBA Show, which is a pretty popular NBA-focused podcast from Bill Simmon's network, did a segment on players in this NBA draft class who have the potetial to play a similar role as current players in the NBA Finals. I definitely recommend a listen: https://ww...

Those workouts must have gone pretty well... ESPN's latest top 100 big board has JWF at 59th (!!), with him being projected as the last pick in the second round in their latest full mock draft... http://www.espn.com/nba/draft/bestavailable http://www.espn.com/nba/insider/story/_/id/26485957/nba-mock...

Re: MBB Recruits 2019

Yes, he needs to be one of our top priorities.

Timing-wise, he'd come in and challenge/learn from Buie everyday in practice during his year he'll need to sit, than take over that position his JR/SR years. Could be a really perfect fit...

Re: What's Next for JWF?

Seniors play Portsmouth in hopes of receiving an invite to the NBA Draft Combine. JWF must have some strong intel on his chances, and saw PIT as having the ability to hurt his chances more than help. He 10000% received an invite and would have been there if he wanted to be... he's one of the top sen...

CAA DPOY

JT is top-5 in both rebounds and blocks. Buie leads the CAA in steals by almost an entire steal per game.

Outside of Cacok, who is their competition this season? I'd lean toward Buie for the honors, who I think is underrated in the league in this respect.

Re: MBB Game 28 vs. Towson on February 21 7:00 P.M.

We're the #1 team in the conference... every team is going to come into our building bringing their absolute A-games. UNCW's win over us made their season, and Towson/JMU/UD/etc. will have the same mindset. It's our job to be our best every night and pull out W's, period. It's only going to be harde...

Don't schools normally provide the t-shirt for something like that?

Budget-wise, white is a smart choice :-)

Re: Game 12 at Stony Brook on December 19, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.

Huge game for JT. Great minutes from Coburn/Buie. JWF is the heart and soul of this team. BUT, major props are deserved for Jalen Ray. Every great team has a do-it-all guy, and he's proving to be that for our second line. He had a HUGE, momentum changing 3-pt shot block in the final 2 minutes which ...

Re: Different Team

Tareq Coburn- Our most undervalued asset IMO. He's played a total of 25 minutes this season, which I'd like to see increase. We need someone to come off the bench in the stretch 4 mold, which we've tried to do with him in a few spots over the last 3 games. We don't need him to be Ameen Tanksley, bu...
