Went by the basketball office earlier today. The men have their players on the wall and the womens team only had 7 players and no Andriana Thomas. Looks like it will be a transition year for us.

We now only have 7 players on the team now that Andriana Thomas is no longer on the team. We have only 3 freshmen coming in so the team will be very young this year with no seniors and only two juniors. Also 6ft3 Macenzie Kudron is gone.

Jojo has a quick release but starts his shot way to low. Almost shoots it off his shoulder.

Jojo Have seen Sasntos play. Very Impressed. What are our chances of landing him?

Question for those in the know, Why is the roster not up yet on the Hofstra website? According to a previous post Ruth Sherril and Alexis Carter left the team. Is Andriana Thomas still on the team? If those three are not on the team that is 3 players from the heralded recruiting class of a few years...

I hope you are right HH but there have been instances where schools dont have a good reputation such as Hempstead High school where grades have been pumped up. Also this can hurt the student as much as it helps

I dont know if this is true or not but was told the school took away control of the summer camps from the coaches. In past I believe the coaches got the lions share and divided it among the coaching staff. Now the loins share goes to the school with the coaches getting a few thousand for their effor...

I hope this is not the new norm but this past off season we lost 4 coaches covering 5 sports. That is a 30% turnover. Hard to build programs with that kind of turnover. Softball, tennis mens and womens, x-country and volleyball.
